Exercise 118: Change the Status of the Vision of Dentorex Group
 | 1. Open the Dentorex Group Scorecard model. |
| 2. In the Model Navigator frame, select Dentorex Group and click the Scorecard Navigator button: |
| 3. On the View tab of the ribbon, click the  Vision icon in the View Options group. |
| 4. In the Scorecard Navigator, click the  buttons to expand the scorecard hierarchy and also expand the Vision folder hierarchy: |
| 5. Double-click the "Corporate Vision" vision to open the Linked Element editor. |
| 6. In the editor, select "Corporate Vision" and click the  Show Properties button. |
| 7. The Vision window opens. Change the Status from Draft to Proposal: |
| 8. Click OK to close the Vision window. |
Exercise 119: Define a Product Development Strategy for Dentorex Group
| 1. Open the Dentorex Group Scorecard model. |
| 2. In the Model Navigator frame, select Dentorex Group and click the Scorecard Navigator button: |
| 3. On the View tab of the ribbon, click the  Strategy icon in the View Options group. |
| 4. In the Scorecard Navigator, right-click the Strategy folder and select Create New -> Strategy: |
| 5. Enter the name "Product Development Strategy", select Draft from the Status drop-down menu and click OK: |
| 6. In the lower section of the Linked Element editor, type the strategy description as in the picture below: |
| 7. Accept the changes by clicking the  button. |
