Web Template "mailheader.tpl" will create a blue bar with width of 100% and a link to QPR Online. It always has an E-mail link to the author of the model. Under the blue bar is text passed with the Include Replace Tag. This text can be different with every view, depending on the value set in the Include Replace Tag in the template that produces the view.

<#Include Template="mailheader.tpl" DefaultGreeting="Hello World!"> will produce the view with text "Hello World!" (without parentheses).

<#Include Template="mailheader.tpl"> will produce the view without any additional text under the blue bar.
