The Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) can now be used for communication between QPR clients and servers as an alternative to IPv4. For more information on enabling IPv6 communication, see the Communication between QPR Clients and Servers section in QPR - Administrator's Guide document.
To enable support for IPv6 networks, some changes to components and server addresses have also been made. Indy TCP socket components have been taken into use to function as client/server interface components. Also, IP addresses have been changed to use host name instead of hard-coded IPv4 addresses.
