In this window you are expected to enter name and contents for a text item.

 

Activate the Name field and enter name for the item. Then click the Text field to enter contents for the text item. (The text entered here will be displayed in booklet pages of your choice)

 

When you are done and wish to confirm creating the item with the entered parameters, click the OK button. If you want to cancel the operation, press the Cancel button.
