Most supported web servers require some post-install configuration before QPR Portal can be used. On Microsoft Internet Information Services 7 or newer (shipped with Windows 7 and newer), the most common setting that is required is the ISAPI/CGI Restrictions setting. You need to allow the path of QPR 2017.1 qpr.isapi.dll to be executed. Refer to Appendix C for more details about the necessary configuration steps.
