Check log files for possible program failures. When the log file is checked, it is recommended to make a backup of it and remove it from the <path to All Users profile>\Application Data\QPR Software\QPR 2012\2012.1\Servers\Logs (C:\ProgramData\QPR Software\QPR 2012\2012.1\Servers\Logs in Windows Vista and later versions) directory, especially if the log file is quite large. Note that the client logs are stored in a different folder than the server folders, i.e. in <path to All Users profile>\Application Data\QPR Software\QPR 2012\2012.1\Clients\Logs (C:\ProgramData\QPR Software\QPR 2012\2012.1\Clients\Logs in Windows Vista and later versions).
Check available table and transaction log space and increase if needed.
