The "SetSCMeasureValuesForMeasure" and "SetSCMeasureValuesForModel" QPR Web Services functions were improved so that if there is invalid data in a row (one measure value, period, or ID), then only that row is ignored in importing the values, i.e. valid data is always imported. In addition, the QPR Web Services exception system now reports the invalid row(s) to the web services client.
