Workflows can be used to define automation rules for example for QPR Portal Actions or for calling QPR Web Services Foundation. The Workflow is a Windows Workflow Foundation based XAML workflow definition done in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

By selecting the appropriate view from the toolbar, you can list all the Workflows or the Workflow Tickets in QPR Portal.

Workflows can be added, edited, and deleted in the Workflows view. You can also create a standalone workflow ticket for the workflow. A standalone workflow ticket is not connected to any action.

Workflow tickets show the status of the workflow, i.e. they keep track of the relation between the workflow and the actions bound to the workflow. The workflow tickets can be edited in the Workflow Tickets view. In addition, you can also trigger the associated workflow.

Clicking the Copy Link button in the toolbar copies the URL link of the current view to the clipboard for sharing (Internet Explorer), or shows a dialog from where the link can be copied.
