In XML document the IDs have some limitations. The ID must start with a non-numeric letter (see http://www.w3.org). Thus the internal IDs of QPR products are not directly used in ElementID and TypeID XML attributes.

 

Example: In QPR Modeling Client ElementID of a process step might have value PG_PS6 where the first five characters describe the element type and the digit is the internal ID of the model element.
