Attributes that have no value are written without Value or Record XML elements. Valid formats for attributes that have no are also: '<Value />' and '<Value></Value>'. Example:

<Attribute AttributeName="Organization Item" />

The following subsections handle the different value formats the attributes may have. The value formats are defined in AttributeType XML attribute and in DataType TypeProperty in ModelAttributeType.
