LDAP Authentication No Longer Ignores Diacritic Characters (218543)

Fixed an issue where the LDAP authentication against Microsoft Active Directory ignored diacritic characters in the user names, resulting in users with diacritic characters in their user names being imported multiple times to QPR User Management System, when the users logged in.
