In addition to copying the model elements and their representation on the diagram, the diagram can be copied as metafile into the clipboard. The diagram can then be pasted into any application which handles drawings and edited in it.

Notice that metafile has some restrictions concerning drawing of the pictures. Because of this the diagram may not look exactly the same when it is pasted into another application as it looks like in QPR Modeling Client.
