Fills the Scorecards variant array with scorecards in model, sorted by name. The scorecards are returned one scorecard per row with the scorecard's properties as columns.
Synopsis:
SCModel.GetScorecards(out Scorecards)
Parameters:
Scorecards: Pointer to a variant array. The array contains one line per scorecard and a line contains the columns described below:
•scorecard name, string
•id, integer
•identifier, string
•parent scorecard id, integer
•parent scorecard identifier, string
•top element id, integer
•top element identifier, string
