Each model element has its own set of properties and these are listed in the model element's Properties dialog. These properties can be viewed from either the Diagram view or the Navigator view. In either view, you can easily access an element's Properties dialog by right clicking the element and selecting "[Model element] Properties" from the pop-up menu. In addition, some properties are also shown in the Property Explorer.
