Option to Prevent Non-admin Users from Changing Element's Measurement Settings (B-06866) |

A new 'PreventMeasurementSettingsChangesFromNonAdmins' setting is added to QPR Metrics server. The default value of 0 means that there is no special prevention in place, the normal user rights apply. When the change of particular measurement setting is prevented, an attempt by non-admin user to change that setting for any QPR Metrics element results in an error code being returned from the QPR Metrics server. The change is prevented via all clients, including the APIs.
