PD/EA Mouse Scroll to Work Also with Tool Palette and Diagram Explorer (B-06851)
Mouse scroll works now so that depending on where the mouse is the part under the mouse is scrolled, so it's possible to scroll the Tool Palette and the Diagram Explorer.
