You can save an analysis view for later use by clicking the Save button 
on the Analysis tab of the ribbon.
The following dialog appears.
Save Analysis View
Enter the Name and a Description (optional) of the analysis. Then click the Save button. Your analysis view is now saved and listed among the other saved analysis views.
