New Reuse Option to Use Modified By and Modified Time from Source Diagrams (B-09045)

The new reuse option can be used to take Modified By and Modified Time from the subprocess elements of the source diagram. Without the option, the user and the time are set to the user who executed the reuse and to the time of the reuse. See the "UseModifiedFromSource" option in the Developers Guide for details.
