New Setting for the Default Template When Creating a Model (B-09065)

With the new QPR ProcessDesigner / EnterpriseArchitect web service functionality it is possible to create a new model with the CreateObject function. The function has an option for the server template that is used when the model is created. If the option is left empty, QPR Web Services Server uses the default template defined with this new setting.
