PowerPoint Export No Longer Crops the Dashboard Background (D-14832)

If a dashboard view or a hierarchy view has a background picture with a size set to more than 100%, the whole background picture is now shown in the PowerPoint export instead of being cropped. This now matches the functionality of the actual QPR Portal views.
