Starting a QPR BusinessPortal View from QPR Portal (B-08903)

QPR Portal can have a link to a QPR BusinessPortal tenant view with the proper identifier (card view, diagram view, or relations browser view) and with the model and diagram identifiers as parameters. When the link is followed, QPR BusinessPortal opens the view on a separate tab.
