In the background picture properties menu you can define a background picture for the Scorecard View or the Strategy Map view and modify the picture's settings.

 

To add a background image, click the Load... button to open a view where you can browse the desired image. Click the Clear button to remove the current background image.

 

To scale the background image, input or scroll the desired values into the Width % and Height % fields in the scaling section. Note that the background image will be centered to the currently active part of the Scorecard View or the Strategy Map, and you can use the scaling functions to expand the image to cover a wider area.
