It is possible to define the method for identifying model elements in import cases. There are two methods available:

 

The methods are defined in the import settings file. If the [Parameters] section of the settings file contains the

 

IdentifyBy=name

 

line, the objects are identified by object name and type. If the parameter is missing or contains any other value, the default object identification method is used (identify by object id).
