Creating Web Pages
You may first define the HTML export settings by clicking the Options... button to open the HTML Export Options dialog.
Once you have defined the html export options, you can proceed to create the web pages of the current model by clicking the Export button. The contents and the appearance of the pages depend on the options set in the HTML Export Options dialog. After the pages have been created, QPR ProcessGuide asks you whether you want to view the web pages using the default web browser.
The web pages include picture files for flowcharts (JPEG or PNG) and HTML-files for all model elements. The main page is called index.htm.
Using Web Pages
The web pages can be located either locally on a separate workstation or in the local network server or they can be put on the web server for Internet or Intranet. In order to put this information on the web server, contact your web master.
Web pages can be viewed using any web browser. The model elements in the flowchart have hotspots, ie. they can be clicked to get more information. Also the connections to other model elements can be clicked to view the connected model element. Different hierarchical connections can be viewed and browsed in the hierarchy frame.
