mouse_24 Exercise 105: Set a User to the "In Charge" Role and Apply the Role to Linked Scorecards

 

BTN_AR131. Open the Dentorex Group Scorecard model.
BTN_AR132. Open the Scorecard Navigator by clicking the Scorecard Navigator button btn_scorecard_navigator on the bottom of the Model Navigator frame.
BTN_AR133. In the Model Navigator, click the btn_expand_hierarchy button to expand the scorecard hierarchy and select the USA Sales Office scorecard:

BTN_AR134. Click the btn_expand_hierarchy buttons to expand the USA Sales Office element hierarchy and double-click the Improvement Suggestions element:

BTN_AR135. The Element Properties window will open. Double-click the In Charge Role:

BTN_AR136. The Select User window will open. Select the Demo User (qpr) from the list and click OK.
BTN_AR137. Click the btn_close_element_properties button to close the Element Properties window.
BTN_AR138. On the Model Navigator, double-click the USA Sales Office scorecard:

BTN_AR139. The Scorecard Properties window will open. Switch to the Inheritance tab.
BTN_AR1310. Select Roles from the attribute list and click Apply:

The Improvement Suggestions measure in the US East Coast and US West Coast scorecards will now have the Demo User (qpr) in the In Charge role.
