A TOC template is a template for building a table of contents. The template gives a form for one TOC entry which is then applied for each booklet page separately, so that there will be one entry for each page in the table of contents.
The TOC template file is an HTML file with some extension tags, and it can be constructed with an HTML editor or a regular text editor. The following extension tags are available in a TOC template:
