Improvements to QPR Metrics Client UX When Editing Measure Values (216506 *2017.1.1)

When editing a measure value in QPR Metrics client, pressing the Delete key now only deletes an individual digit or letter instead of removing the whole value completely. In addition, when a measure value is deleted, the deletion can be canceled by pressing the Esc key.
