QPR Metrics Client "Set as editable in web" Setting Was Saved as Disabled (217334 *2017.1.1)

There was an issue where having a QPR Metrics dashboard view that had the "Set as editable in web" setting disabled caused the setting to be disabled in other dashboard views too. This issue is now fixed.
