Recalculate Values for Selected Periods

Series which have a formula defined as the input type, can have values for selected periods recalculated. If the selected series does not have a formula as its input type, then recalculation cannot be performed and the recalculation button is disabled.

 

To perform a recalculation for the entire model, go to the General tab of the Options dialog.

 

To recalculate values for selected periods:

 

1.In the Element Properties window, select the Value tab.
2.Select the series which contains the values to be recalculated from the list of series.
3.Select periods which should be recalculated. To select more than one item, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the items.
4.Click the Recalculate button.

 

 

Note: The user must have full or update rights to the element in order to recalculate any values.
