In this window you are expected to enter a name for the briefing booklet.
Name is a unique identifier for the booklet and that is why overlapping names are not allowed. Note that upper and lower case letters are separated so that booklet names, such as "My Booklet" and "my booklet", can be used at the same time.
When you have entered the name, click OK to confirm the creation or Cancel to cancel the operation.
