When you are browsing in read-only mode, you cannot modify the information available in QPR Portal. In this case, you are not able to create, edit or delete links and views. As well you cannot bookmark information from the QPR Metrics or QPR Modeling Client to the QPR Portal.
If you wish to use QPR Portal in normal mode, contact the system administrator.
