The following commands are available on the View tab. The items with an indented description appear in a submenu of the previous unindented item.
Diagram View |
Shows the latest diagram window or opens a new window if previous windows do not exist. |
Presentation View |
Opens the Presentation View. |
Print Preview |
Opens the Print Preview dialog. |
Navigator View |
Shows the latest navigator window or opens a new window if previous windows do not exist. |
Matrix View |

Shows the latest analysis window or opens a new window if previous windows do not exist. |
Report View |
Shows the latest report window or opens a new window if previous windows do not exist. |
Tile |
Tile open child windows horizontally. |
Tile Horizontally |

Tile open child windows vertically. |
Cascade |
Cascade open child windows. |
Arrange |
Arrange minimized child windows. |

All currently open child windows are listed here. Select a window from the list to switch to that window. |
View Property Explorer |
Toggle the visibility of the Property Explorer. |
Show page breaks |
Toggle the visibility of page breaks on diagrams. |
Show grid |
Toggle the visibility of the grid on diagrams. |
Snap to grid |
Select this to create a grid for all open diagrams. |
Grid size |
The default grid size in the diagram is 10 by 10. To define a different grid size for all open diagrams, modify the X and Y values. |
View Settings |
Open the Diagram View Settings Propeperties dialog or the Navigator View Settings dialog depending on which view is open. |
Custom Views |
Open the Custom Views dialog. |
