The diagram hierarchy shows all the diagrams in the model. The first node is the top level, the model. Connected to it are all the child diagrams included in the top-level diagram. Connected to a a child diagram are all child diagrams included in this child diagram and so on. If you have not used any diagrams, only the name of the model is visible.

Modifying Elements

By selecting a diagram and using the pop-up menu (click the right mouse button) you can set properties of the whole model or the selected diagram, expand or collapse the hierarchy, run a QPR Script, or open the diagram drawing area of the diagram. Diagram hierarchy cannot be modified. The connections to detail elements cannot be modified either but these model elements can be accessed the same way. You can also remove elements by pressing the Delete key when the desired elements are selected. Depending on the type of the element and the column in the view, the value in a cell can be edited by typing in the value, selecting a checkbox, or selecting the value from a drop-down menu. Note that all values, such as "Last Changed", are not editable. See also the Transfer Model Elements via Clipboard topic for information about copy and paste operations.

See the Navigator View Settings topic for information on how to define the settings for the view.
