Measures are used to measure and analyze the dynamics of the process. Measures can be either time-based or numeric. Usually either time, cost or quality is measured. Also user defined measures can be used. Measure has the following properties:

 description

 value type (single value or start and end value)

 subprocess calculation

 value format (date, date and time, time or numeric)

 value unit

 

 

Measures can be created, modified and deleted using the Measures dialog.
